World’s Largest Co-Living Space Promises A Self-Contained Community
A solution for young workers in the midst of an affordable housing crisis
Co-living is slowly becoming the new co-working. The latest venture in shared accommodation is Old Oak by The Collective, the UK’s first and the world’s largest co-living provider, presenting an answer to the dilemma younger people entering the workforce go through when looking for an apartment and someone to share the costs with.
According to the site, The Collective was born in the library of LSE University, when CEO Reza Merchant set out to solve a problem he experienced firsthand: the lack of quality accommodation available to young people in London.
