This sofa's shapeshifting abilities at ICFF allow for soft or firm seat feel

Debuting at the 2016 International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in NYC, the innovative Mellow adjustable sofa by designer Oceane Delain is deceptively simple. The idea behind the sofa, as Delain explains, was to offer a piece each user could easily alter:

Everything we do and everything we interact with has become a very individual experience. In todays world we expect and demand customization to achieve what works best for us as individuals. Experimenting with ways I could play with traditional furniture, I developed a cord system which allows a user to adjust and shape the piece for their own comfort or aesthetic and make it their own.
