Zenbo controls the lights in your home, sends reminders and generally makes life easier

Dubbed a “smart little companion,” Zenbo, the first social robot from ASUS, is really meant to just make its owner's life easier. As we've already seen with social robot models, the idea is to make the use of these devices as seamless as possible.

In a video for the robot, a mother is portrayed being surrounded by other family members—each with their own distinct needs. Zenbo soon starts to help her: he pulls up a recipe, reminds her of a family portrait appointment, and reads to her daughter. The robot can also order items online and interact with other smart devices. Zenbo is also designed to be expressive with large eyes changing as it responds to commands and questions from the user.
