The national railroad is taking a cue from airlines and making its customers more comfortable with a new space in Chicago's Union Station

Amtrak, our national railroad has opened the Chicago Metropolitan Lounge, a two level space in Chicago’s Union Station for its travelers to be more comfortable. The lounge offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, snacks, refreshments, assistance with reservations, and boarding preference.
