West Coast brand Eatsa is expanding its automated healthy options to the opposite side of the country

Imagine grabbing a healthy lunch without the hassle of waiting in long lines or human error? If you live in New York, Eatsa, the quinoa bowl eatery, may be your next big solution.

We covered Eatsa last year when it opened its fully automated San Francisco restaurant, without hostesses, wait staff or visible cooks. Customers place their order on an iPad and within a few minutes, the bowl is ready for pickup in a service window. Frequent customers also have to ability to reorder favorites for even speedier delivery if they use the same card for the order.
