Automated Trigger Reminds You When To Sell Stocks
The goal of this app is to make investing simpler for the average consumer
An iPhone app that provides real-time financial data, Trigger aims to make investing decisions easier for the everyday consumer by employing an “if this, then that,” or IFTTT, strategy when it comes to sell stocks.
The app allows users to set up “triggers,” or events that—if and when they occur—prompt the app to take a certain action on behalf of the user. For example, you can set a trigger that will lead the app to inform you when a particular stock is worth a certain amount. At that point, you can choose whether or not to sell that stock.
The goal is to help investors make more level-headed decisions by thinking through their financial strategy rather than reacting instantly to the stock market’s whims.
