NordicTrack and iFit collaborate on a tracking device that helps you determine what type of workout you should do after waking up

Most tracking devices available in the market are in the form of tech wearables. Now available is a tracking device you slip under a mattress that goes above and beyond typical technology. This tracking device not only monitors how well you sleep, but also has the ability to determine what kind of fitness routine you should do the next day.

Developed by NordicTrack and iFit, this device is able to wirelessly detect everything from heart rate to sleep patterns. After you wake up, you can check in app to find the diagnostics on how you slept and what you can do to improve your sleep the following night. This device can also be connected to a NordicTrack workout equipment that will suggest activity according to the diagnostics. This technology is available with a special mattress from August.
