Whether on vacation or on business, staying in a hotel is always better when you can finish the night with a nice drink—but it’s not always easy to get a good cocktail, particularly if the hotel doesn’t have a bar. New York’s Death & Co bar owner David Kaplan aims to change the hotel experience with a new hotel that’s made for the cocktail snob. Rooms at the Walker Inn Hotel will be taking reservations on September 1, 2016, the first of many “bed and beverages” with the same idea.
