Creative agency BBH Singapore helped Nike take over an entire city block in Manila with a giant running track. The Unlimited Stadium is shaped like a 100-meter sole print of the Nike LunarEpic shoe. It fuses the virtual and physical worlds with a 200-meter track lined with LED screens, where up to 30 runners at a time can run a race against avatars of themselves. During the first lap, runners set their pace, and then a full-size avatar appears on the screens alongside them. A series of challenges based on time and distance encourage runners to train harder, responding to their performance in order to push them beyond their limits.
