Ubisoft has developed a unique peripheral for the upcoming title that will put players to the test

Videogame developer Ubisoft has revealed an immersive new experience for its upcoming game South Park: The Fractured But Whole, which is being released in December. The Nosulus Rift is a peripheral worn on the face that delivers fart smells to players.

Debuting at Gamescom 2016 in Cologne, the Nosulus Rift is being made available on the press tour for the game and visitors can go to Ubisoft's stand to get the chance to experience it.

In South Park: The Fractured But Whole, one of the special abilities of the main character is farting. The game's senior producer said they wanted to come up with the most authentic and immersive way for players to be able to experience these powers, so they developed the Nosulus Rift.
