Californian teen created an app that helps students find an inviting place to sit during lunch

Many people are familiar with the dilemma of where to sit during school lunch, staring out into a seas of students and freezing up at the daunting social decision. Californian teen Natalie Hampton decided to fix that by creating the anti-bullying app Sit With Us.

For those ostracized and bullied students, this app helps them find a safe and inviting place to sit during the most social period of the day when they might be more at risk for harassment. They can coordinate with friends via chat or join open lunch events created by other people.
