The job search can be daunting, even soulless at times as candidates move from application to interview. Beer company Heineken is looking to change that by providing a different way of approaching job candidates.
Go Places is a new platform that approaches those who might be job hunting with a video questionnaire. There are 12 questions total meant to decipher your work personality, which comes with an accompanying video prompt and explanation. Every question has two responses, with approximately 3 to 5 seconds to answer with your choice. The video is full of real Heineken employees with specific stories about upward mobility, travel, and other perks.
