The web-inspired chair promises more stable vision while the vehicle is moving

Lexus will debut the Kinetic Seat Concept within a standalone display at the 2016 Paris Auto Show. The seat concept is designed to specifically help stabilize a driver or passenger’s head while the vehicle is in motion, focusing on keeping their field of vision steady.

The car seat concept is part of the interior of the Lexus UX crossover concept which will also make its Paris debut.

The Kinetic Seat Concept implements a seat and backrest that has flexibility designed in. The movements of these parts respond to occupant weight and variations in vehicle travel and sync these movements with natural pivot points in the body. Lexus claims the design offers more comfort over long periods of driving.
