When it comes to talking about feelings and emotions, men do not like sharing much. However, when a life hangs in the balance, seeking help can mean a life saved. This is why Luke Ambler started a group called Andy’s Man Club, a place where every man can speak freely about their emotions in an effort to bolster suicide prevention.
