Edovo provides inmates with educational tools to help prepare for their reintegration into society

Chicago-based startup Edovo has set out to address a pressing need by bettering the approach to inmate education. While the budget for U.S. prisons continues to rise, the allotted amount for their education keeps on shrinking.

Thus, Edovo has come up with a way to help U.S. prisons improve by supplying them with tablets. As the company website says:

“It is called corrections, but constraints for correctional facilities and the incarcerated means there is not enough opportunity for meaningful rehabilitation.”
