A new app utilizes the Kinect camera to let people virtually 'try on' outfits from home

Dublin-based television and e-commerce company Von Bismark has released an app that utilizes the full-body motion tracking of the Xbox One's Kinect camera to create a virtual dressing room. “The Mall” allows people to ‘try on' virtual outfits.

Like a brick-and-mortar store, The Mall allows you to browse the latest fashions (either by gesture or using a controller), check out item details and specifics, and even model clothing right from the comfort of one's own living room. Mall users can snap a picture a share it on social media to get second opinions. Once you're satisfied, items can be purchased directly through a linked Xbox Live account.
