tDict is an app that uses the social media platform to help you search for words in local dialects

Learning a new language requires time and practice, and usually the best way to learn is to immerse ourselves in the culture and hear how people speak. That isn’t always an option, but an app called tDict uses Twitter as a search tool to show users how natives really speak.

With the app, Twitter users can look up words in any language and get thousands of tweets that contain the term used by locals. Like favorites, starring tweets keeps them in one place for future reference. It also keeps a search history and a wordlist that stores every word searched on the app. tDict is available now on Google Play and the App Store.
