UK internet and cable provider TalkTalk has made a refreshingly unique campaign with CHI & Partners. Rather than featuring celebrities and carefully ironed-out out storyboards, “This Stuff Matters” follows a run-of-the-mill family living a normal life.
The results don’t have the bang of the common TV ad, but they are deeply emotional right from the get-go. Viewers watch a regular British family that are adorably relatable, in moments far too familiar that make it difficult to avoid drawing a personal connection.
