Home furnishing online retailer Wayfair is partnering with Lifetime to create a shoppable life improvement television program

You may have had the experience before of wanting to buy a piece of furniture or accessory featured on your favorite TV show, but struggled to find that product in stores. Magazines and HGTV have brought us close, but home enthusiasts still can not always get every single piece they covet. The desire to shop the show in it’s entirety may be getting closer as Lifetime and Wayfair have created a cross-screen commerce play built around live programming.

Lifetime and Wayfair launched the first-ever fully-shoppable TV series called The Way Home, which features interior design advice, design solutions and other life hacks that make living easier. The format is like The View meets Dr. Oz.
