Food company Johnsonville is looking to spice up dinners this week by providing a call center for those looking to integrate the product into their meals

Many people consult the turkey hotline right around Thanksgiving when they're getting ready to cook the holiday's signature poultry, but who do you call when you have inquiries about sausage? Johnsonville has the answer with the first ever sausage hotline.

Running from September 28 through 30, The Sausage Support Center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to take calls on sausage cooking. Located in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, 844-9-SAUSAGE will help callers with recipes, cooking tips, and even recommendations on the best kind of sausage for their meal, hoping to inspire more sausage sales and creative cooking. For those who live in Appleton, Wisconsin, the local Pick and Save supermarket will have a rotary phone in their meat aisle for easy access to the sausage experts.
