For the month of October, solitude-seeking patrons can enjoy their favorite pieces beginning with a group mediation

The Museum of Modern Art will begin offering early morning hours for New Yorkers who want to squeeze in some art-viewing before their workday and before the crowds arrive at 10:30. MoMA's “Quiet Mornings” will run every Wednesday morning throughout October, allowing visitors an opportunity to peruse the fourth and fifth floors in solitude. A guided meditation session will close out the serene art-viewing session in The Agnes Gund Garden Lobby, from 8:30 to 9 am.

Admission costs adults $12, seniors $10, full-time students with current ID $8, children (16 and under) free, while MoMA members will receive free admission.
