Traditionally, the interview process is a one-sided conversation where an employer holds all of the leverage. According to a survey conducted by Harris Interactive on Everest College’s behalf, this results in 92 percent of U.S. adults feeling anxious about the job interview process. As a result, it inhibits applicants from expressing and exhibiting their full potential and hides great talent from companies.
In our Future of Work report, PSFK Labs looked into how to improve and facilitate the interview process during all of its stages, empowering both employer and employee while recalibrating the interviewer-interviewee balance with a little help from AI.
