Dos Toros has set up special geofilters around NYC for participants to snap a photo to redeem a burrito

What would you do for a free burrito? Mexican food chain Dos Toros is just another in a long line of franchise offering free cuisine as a marketing ploy. The catch is that hopeful diners will need to use social media to find the special promotion in a Snapchat scavenger hunt.

To celebrate the opening of its 12th location in New York City, Dos Toros is turning nearby Bryant Park into Burrito Park. Using geofilters, different parts of the park will unlock a special Dos Toros filter. Once participants find the filter, they take a picture and present it at the location to redeem the daily deal. The free items include burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and guacamole, and there will even be a taco roaming in Bryant Park to help participants.
