ATM Let You Take Out Money Using A Phone
Customers banking with the new system can use their mobile device to quickly and seamlessly withdraw funds from their account
Forgot your wallet? No problem. British bank Barclays has developed new ATMs where customers can do transactions through their phones and receive money directly into their accounts.
Barclays announced this transition on November 21 and will start upgrading their current ATMs with this new feature. Once a customer activates the bank’s app on their phone, they simply stand near one of Barclay’s newest ATMs, type in their pin number and withdraw up to £100. Customers in a hurry can even preselect the amount they want to withdraw before approaching the ATM.
