NYC-based clean tech start-up EnGoPlanet aims to become a leader in off-the-grid lighting solutions. Earlier this month, they finalized their first installation in Las Vegas: street lights powered by pedestrians’ footsteps. Through a partnership with the City of Las Vegas, the innovative street lights will illuminate Boulder Plaza, promoting renewable energy sources and lowering installation, energy, and maintenance bills.
