The images have been crafted to reflect the thoughts and experiences of senior users

A 56-year-old British woman's complaint that there are no emojis designed to depict the lifestyles and concerns of older generations led BBC Coventry & Warwickshire to commission Chris Oxenbury, a local artist, to design a set of 'emoldji' that reflect the thoughts and experiences of the grandmother and her peers.

The emoji include images of a grandmotherly figure spending her children's inheritance money, pills to improve one's memory, characters experiencing bodily aches and even a set of false teeth falling out.
