Flying Water Taxi Could Transport Parisians Across The Seine

The environmentally friendly vessel will hover two feet above the water and carry up to five people at a time

Paris plans to test a futuristic flying water taxi—dubbed Sea Bubbles—next year that will be able to ‘float’ two feet above the surface of the water and transport up to five people across the Seine River.
