June was created by former Apple engineers to make cooking a completely hands-off experience

To take the guesswork out of cooking, the June Oven was created by a team of former Apple engineers to redefine the culinary arts. Equipped with sensors, a camera, and a potent machine learning algorithm to fine tune the baking, roasting and reheating food capabilities of the smart oven, the device is a work in progress with promising results.

As easy as oiling and seasoning your food then placing it in the oven, the rest is done by the machine, which recognizes what items have been placed within the tray. You can also tune it to your personal preferences so you’ll never get a well done dish if you’re a fan of medium rare. When all is said and done, you’ll get a notification on your phone telling you to come pick up your meal – that way, you’ll never have to hover over the oven in your kitchen to periodically check up on your food.
