Russian design duo created the purses to look like literary classics, cover and all

For some, the best accessory for a day out is a good book. Moscow-based artists Max and Lyuba founded Krukrustudio to keep the best of the literary world at your side with book bags designed to look just like books.

Founded in 2011, the two create Book Bags—shoulder bags that resemble large books with covers and spines as bag flaps. The bags come in both faux leather and leather varieties, as well as several sizes and colors, and run anywhere from $99 to $225. Ranging from the classic to the contemporary, the books span countries, genres, and even art styles. The bags can be purchased from their website or Etsy store.
