@Tinycarebot is helping people by reminding them to hydrate, take breaks, and even do some stretching as a means of self-care

In today’s digital age, it can be difficult to have a digital detox and switch off from social media completely. Staying on the online grid has become necessary to navigate the modern world. Thanks to @Tinycarebot, there’s now a self-care Twitter bot for that which pops up on your feed to remind you to take care of yourself.

Created by Twitter user @jonnysun, this bot tweets little reminders every hour to remind its followers to take care. From encouraging them to drink water, get fresh air and breathe deeply, the bot’s little messages are meant to help many Twitter users who spend too long glued to their screens. The bot has become incredibly popular, garnering over 31,000 followers to date.
