Though marijuana has long thought to be a dangerous drug, further developments in research have led to a more widespread acceptance of cannabis. That being said, acceptance doesn’t always correlate with use and demographics like the elderly population have little resources on proper cannabis use. Octavia Wellness is a Bay Area start-up that aims to introduce cannabis to the elderly population, allowing members of the online service to receive next-day deliveries and creating a member-based consulting network for participants.
