Pre-election and post-election, President-elect Donald Trump has been taking Twitter by the storm with his rants against mainstream media outlets. Most publications have been calling him out on his numerous questionable comments that he proclaims are true. Regardless of Donald Trump’s outbursts, many continue to try to fulfill their duty to report factually correct and relevant information to the public. The Washington Post is no exception. The large media outlet created ‘RealDonaldContext,’ a Chrome plug-in that fact-checks Donald Trump’s tweets and includes brief explanations on the topic.
