  2. Where it’s not possible to integrate with an established ecosystem, focus on peripheral technologies—AR, haptic tools, wearable interactions—that further enhance the smart home.
  3. Extend in-home digital and wireless bandwidth in order to accommodate homeowners’ growing IoT and entertainment needs, as well as larger automated and passive ecosystems.
