Artist Uses Body Paint To Create A 2D Superhero Visual Illusion
Kay Pike is the pioneer of a new art form she calls Cospaint
Kayleen Pike has a superpower. It’s called Cospaint, which is a mash-up of cosplay and body paint.
At first glance, her creations seem to be two-dimensional, photo realistic comic book drawings. But then the drawings move.
The Canadian artist has been teaching herself to draw and paint since an early age, and developed her mind bending body paint techniques through trial and error.
She is now a self-proclaimed “full-time live streamer,” displaying her work on Twitch.tv.
