The luxury automobile brand is working on a new service that will give customers access to a new car every month

Subscription services have become a booming enterprise for every industry–from cosmetics to food, there’s a monthly box for every taste. However, Cadillac has developed the first monthly car subscription service. Book by Cadillac is a new service that lets subscribers borrow one of several Cadillac offerings, which are brought by a concierge service.

For $1500 a month, which includes registration, insurance, maintenance fees and taxes, users can drive their rented cars for as far as they’d like, and there’s no long-term commitment, though there is a necessary 30-day cancellation notification.

In a press release, Cadillac’s chief marketing officer Uwe Ellinghaus says that the service is meeting a new need:

“Book by Cadillac is an innovative new option targeted at a growing class of luxury drivers searching for access to various cars over time, dependent on their individual needs, coupled with a hassle-free white-glove exchange.”
