Innovator Explains How Cognitive Computing Is Changing Consumer Expectations At PSFK Future Of Retail 2017
PSFK invites our NYC readers to an exclusive presentation of key retail findings and strategies on January 17
PSFK is hosting a special presentation of our Future of Retail 2017 report, which examines the shifting consumer behaviors and major trends that will influence future seasons of retail planning. PSFK’s researchers will present an overview of the report, while sharing actionable plans to crafting successful retail experiences. This is an essential event for anyone involved in the creation of retail services, both online and in-store.
On Tuesday, January 17 at Scandinavia House, we will be joined by key innovators, who will share practicable insights that highlight the impact of the findings and suggest approaches for translating trends into action. One of our key speakers is Jonas Nwuke, Chief of Staff at IBM Watson, who will talk about how cognitive computing is changing the way consumers are managing customer experiences.
At IBM Watson, Nwuke has spent nearly a decade working on Big Data technologies for the enterprise. As a leader within the Watson Ecosystem team, he works to help third party companies apply Watson technology to real-world retail and operational problems. He is also a graduate of the University of Colorado with an MBA from the University of Chicago.
