"Run For Your Bun" is a temporary pop-up cafe that lets eaters do a series of exercises to pay for their meal

Want lunch? Drop and give me 20 first! That's right, whoever said there's no such thing as a free lunch obviously never came across British fitness company David Lloyd Clubs. “Run For Your Buns” is the club's pop-up fitness cafe in London that is serving up delicious free meals in exchange for a quick 10-minute workout of push up, sit-ups and burpees.

How does it work? After customers order their food, they partake in a high intensity workout, such as a series of rowing, squatting, spin, or lunging exercise in order to pay for their meal of choice. Menu opetions include avocado toast with tomatoes and goat cheese, a grilled chicken breast burger and pita sandwiches.

The cafe is open from January 11-13 at lunch time. For those looking to try out the experience, purchase a ticket here.
