Teenager Michael Vaga has come up with HandEnergy, a pocket generator that uses the rotation of your hand to store electricity

Nineteen-year-old Michael Vaga's invention, HandEnergy, allows you to charge your phone with a flick of a wrist. No more digging in your bag or scrounging around for a phone charger. Better yet, go traveling worry-free as you won't have to rely on fixed power sources for a charge.

HandEnergy is a small, fist-sized device that you can carry with you. When you rotate your hand it generates electricity that you can use to power your devices and gadgets. The energy it produces is clean, resulting in no pollution like traditional methods.

Prior to launching a crowdfunding campaign, HandEnergy team went on a polling tour across 15 cities located across nine countries, dubbed the #HandEnergyTour, to get reactions from people about the device's functionality and usability. Because of the positive feedback received, the HandEnergy team decided to test market demand trough an Indiegogo pitch.
