Babee on Board allows expecting mothers to request seats on local transportation, even when people are preoccupied with their phones

Baby on board? Now even the most distracted passengers will give up their seats for you, thanks to a new app that alerts them if pregnant customers are seeking a seat.

Designed by London-based creative agency 10x, Babee on Board is a dual-app system that helps pregnant women find seats on public transport. One app is for commuters willing to give up seats and the other is for expecting mothers in search of them. The woman sends out a request and a push notification goes out to any phone with the app and with Bluetooth enabled. The request seat version of the app is $5 and 100 percent of sales go to Project Healthy Children. The app is available for iOS and Android.
