Nissan has unveiled a new dog-friendly SUV called the X-Trail 4Dogs to gauge customer interest in a vehicle tailored to the needs of car owners and their canine family members.

The vehicle would incorporate a shower and blow dryer, as well as a dog treat dispenser, “wipe-clean leather” to line the cargo bay and a ramp to make it easier for dogs to enter and exit the car. A camera that allows a passenger to easily keep tabs on a dog in the backseat might even give the driver enough time to pull over if it looks like the pup is about to get car sick.
