What’s better than enjoying some chocolate? Having an artisanal chocolate party, right in your own home. Confectionary company Mars is developing The Cocoa Exchange, in which specially trained curators visit people’s homes and share different chocolate experiences and combinations. An update on the likes of the Tupperware party, Mars is hoping to tap into a new market that intersects premium chocolate with new foodie experiences.

The parties come in three varieties: ‘Dove Signature,’ featuring only Dove Chocolate, ‘Pure Dark,’ which enjoys chocolate as close to its original form as possible, and ‘Pod & Bean,’ which incorporates chocolate into savory dishes for fun and innovative meals. Curators work similarly to other in-home party professionals—they have a certain quota to meet, make a commission and have flexibility concerning their schedules. If you want host a party at your home, you can sign up to have a curator contact you and figure out what works best from there. So far, the service is available only in the United States.

The Cocoa Exchange also has a recipe blog for those looking to experiment with Mars chocolate on their own.

The chocolate industry is booming, having made $22 billion in 2016 (with 18% attributed to premium chocolate sales), according to a Package Facts report. In a world where every brand is looking for a new gimmick or method to sell their product, Mars is going old-school in hopes of grabbing the attention of chocolate lovers.
