A new chatbot called GOtivation helps fitness professionals communicate with and motivate their clients outside of the gym—so they're more likely to continue scheduling training and complete their fitness goals.

The chatbot operates by first learning what motivates a particular person and what matters most to them. It also finds the optimal platform (such as Facebook or email) for delivering information to a client, thus ensuring that they see it. A trainer can customize the chatbot to reflect their specific services and further personalize it for each client.
