Mouse Pad Charges A Wireless Mouse While It’s Being Used
The mouse pad keeps a wireless mouse fully charged, removing the need to change or charge batteries from an outside source
Though a wireless mouse doesn’t have to remain attached to a computer, this convenience comes with batteries, which must be recharged or changed. Logitech confronted this issue by integrating a charging station into a mouse pad that charges a mouse’s batteries while it’s in use.
The mouse pad can charge batteries while the mouse is stationary or moving across it. Logitech spent four years on research and development to make sure charging would occur regardless of the way the mouse is moving on the pad. Logitech also announced the two devices that will work with the mouse pad, the G703 and the G903, which will be released this month for $100 and $150, respectively.
The charging station pad will be available in August for $100.
