Craig & Karl recolored an old gas station to highlight the area's history of broadcasting

Craig & Karl, a duo who live in different parts of the world but continue to interact on a daily basis to create bold pieces of art, have painted a former gas station in London in various colors, coined ‘Here After‘. Because the gas station sits between the old headquarters of BBC and the BBC media village, the two decided to focus on the broadcaster's history by using distinctly wild colors, similar to that of the old TV test signal stripes. The unique patterns on the gas station were painted to harmonize the duo's different trademark styles and bring their vision together on one canvas.

Craig & Karl plan to use the site for a series of pop-up events to give the old location new life and meaning.
