Beauty retailer Sephora has opened a new concept store in Boston with a smaller footprint. Sephora Studio has 2,000 square feet of space, offering an intimate format that aims to foster personalized connections between shoppers and beauty advisors.

Sephora Studio integrates various digital tools to optimize the experience before, during and after a store visit. There are digital welcome and service menu screens for easy navigation and self-help, and beauty advisors have devices for quick appointment check-ins, looking up Beauty Insider status and retrieving Sephora.com ratings and reviews.

Two delivery options make it easy to purchase products that are not available at the Studio. Order In Store lets beauty advisors place orders through Sephora.com with complimentary standard shipping or reduced next day shipping. Same Day Pick Up enables shoppers to purchase products on their device via the Sephora app and pick it up at Sephora Prudential Center on the same day.
