To promote the 2017 Summer Universiade, the floors of subway cars got redecorated to look like sports stadiums

In August, Taiwan will host the 2017 Summer Universiade, a national tournament for college athletes. To help promote the event, the city transformed the floors of the subway cars on its green line to reflect the stadiums where athletes will compete, including the shimmering pattern of a swimming pool, the starting lines of a track and the reflective surface of a basketball court. The walls of the car display competition rules, interesting facts about the sport and funny anecdotes for passengers to read during their journey.

The event starts on August 19 and concludes on the 30th.
