Adidas Is Selling A New Line With A Text-To-Shop Billboard

The second nontraditional retail release of Alexander Wang's collaboration with Adidas came out in New York City

Adidas and Alexander Wang have released the second season of an exclusive collaborative collection in New York City. For access to the collection, customers must locate specific posters placed throughout Manhattan with a phone number and product code—cluster of which were placed at Clarkson and Greenwich Streets, containing all 27 available product codes. Customers had to text the number at 12pm on July 29 to engage with a chat bot.

Wang wanted this collection to pay homage to rave culture and cyclists, which is highlighted in the promotional video Ryan Staake directed to help tease the collection prior to its release. The entire collection releases globally on August 5 and will be available online.
