Gourmia's tea machine brews a perfect cup from loose-leaf tea and doesn't need monitoring

Kitchen appliance manufacturer Gourmia‘s Tea-Square loose-leaf tea brewer lets you make the perfect cup of tea without needing to monitor every step. It features exclusive ‘iTEA’ boil-to-brew technology, which automatically brews loose-leaf tea consistently, for optimal results.

With its three brewing settings (light, medium, and strong), plus a refresh setting that preps and hydrates the tea before brewing, users have control over the duration of the brew cycle so they can brew any variety of tea: white, green, oolong and black.

The tea brewer heats up to four cups of water to the precise temperature required for optimal flavor extraction, so you don’t need to manually control the temperature of the water. The brew chamber and carafe are made of glass and stainless steel to ensure purity and conserve the natural flavors. Once the tea has brewed, it passes through an stainless steel strainer, which traps even the smallest tea particles, leaving a clear and smooth brew.

The owner’s manual includes tips about specialty teas, tea blends, and herbal teas for wellness, as well as recipes so you can create your own blends. The Gourmia tea machine retails for $150.
