The collectible is made for music and McFlurry lovers alike

The McFlurry was invented 22 years ago in Canada (the first servings were made from Canadian dairy!). To mark the occasion, McDonald’s is releasing a limited-edition cup holder that transforms into a passive boombox. The McDonald’s Boombox uses 10-sided cones and reflected material that can amplify phone speakers more than twice.

McDonald’s Canada, University of Waterloo‘s Audio Research Group and design firm Stacklab collaborated to build the multi-purpose cup holder. Unfortunately, getting your hands on one will be harder than dropping by your nearest branch. These transforming cup holders will only be available at Woodbine Beach in Toronto while supplies last.
