These are the first two brands to use these glasses for advertising

Fast food giant Burger King and UK grocery chain Sainsbury’s have become the first brands to shoot ads entirely on Snap’s Spectacles, the high-tech glasses that capture video from the wearer’s perspective, marking a new format for ad creation.

The short videos were shot in a 115-degree circular format from a first-person point of view. They utilize the unique circular lenses and enable Snapchat users to rotate their phones in order to see different views. The ads recently rolled out on Snapchat, with Burger King’s ad launch coinciding with National Cheeseburger Day.
